We took on this project to assist women who are victims of domestic violence, especially during the worsening conditions brought on by the pandemic. During that time, our insights seemed bleak because we were all confined to our homes, making it even harder to implement protective measures and identify issues or enter someone's house. However, we realized that an unpaid electricity bill is something that cannot be overlooked in any household; it can serve as a way to seek help or provide assistance to those who need it the most.
